		<title>August Weigh In Delayed</title>
		<description><![CDATA[Who will win the next crisp $20 bill for losing the most weight in Augusta?  That question will not be answered on Tuesday, September 2.  The weigh in is being moved because Josh Wilkerson is out recovering from surgery.

		<title>Flobi retains fitness trophy in July</title>
		<description><![CDATA[Knowing he was going to Las Vegas the last week of July, Mike Leaptrott (aka &#8220;Jackie Moon&#8221;) took it to his competition early.  By the time he boarded the plane, he had posted almost 50 miles and held a 9 mile lead over Flobi.

		<title>Wilkerson slims down in July</title>
		<description><![CDATA[Josh Wilkerson won the July Biggest Loser Challenge by losing 8% of his original body weight.  Josh was able to hold of Flobi who appeared to be losing weight by the minute in late July.  Flobi lost 6.2% of his original body weight.  Mike Leaptrott came in third place losing 4% of his original body weight.

		<description><![CDATA[It would be a stretch to call the June Fitness Challenge a competition. In reality, only Flobi decided to show up. He won going away by walking 55 miles. New competitor, Mark Barkley, came in second with 25 miles walked. Mike Leaptrott edged out Scott Villemain for third place with 15 miles walked.

		<title>Ricky Bobby wins May Fitness Challenge</title>
		<description><![CDATA[Mike Leaptrott (aka &#8221;Ricky Bobby&#8221;) won the May Fitness Challenge handily by jogging/walking 72 miles.  Throughout the month, Mike peppered his fellow competitors with Talledega Nights movie quotes.
Jeff Partl, who got off to a late start, came in a distant second walking 40 miles.

		<title>Company Fitness Challenge</title>
		<description><![CDATA[PowerServe believes staying fit is a key component longer term health.  In an effort to encourage better fitness and some healthy competition, we created the PowerServe Fitness Challenge.  Employees can compete in a monthly walking/running contest.  Whoever travels the most miles in a given month will win the Fitness Challenge Trophy and bragging rights.
